Six automations shipped into one live Zoho CRM: live-chat lead capture, templated outreach, condition-triggered campaigns, a one-click field script, welcome-email workflows, and a cross-module sales report.

The CRM was already in place. The work around it was not. Chat enquiries from the website were being retyped by hand into lead records. Outreach emails were written from scratch each time, so tone and formatting drifted between people. Follow-up for customers flagged with specific conditions depended on somebody remembering. The same address was being typed twice into two field sets. And the Dutch team had no clean view of their own first-time-purchase numbers.
Each gap was closed where it sat, inside the CRM the team already used, rather than in one large rebuild nobody would adopt. Zoho SalesIQ was wired into CRM so live-chat conversations arrive as structured leads — categorised, auto-assigned, with real-time notification. Reusable templates with dynamic merge fields replaced hand-written outreach and send straight from a record. A Zoho Campaigns automation fires whenever a lead or contact is flagged with "Living Benefits" as Disability or Illness. A Deluge client script copies an address across field sets in a single click. A workflow rule sends a welcome email the moment a lead arrives with the "Contact Us" source. And a filtered report consolidates Lead, Client and Deal data for the seven Dutch team users, showing only first-time-purchase records.

Website chat enquiries land in CRM already structured, categorised and assigned — no manual re-entry
Templated outreach with merge fields keeps every email consistent and sendable from the record itself
Condition-triggered Campaigns automation removes the need to remember a follow-up
One-click address copy via client script ends duplicate typing across field sets
Welcome emails fire automatically on "Contact Us" leads, so first response is immediate
A single report pulls Lead, Client and Deal data into one first-time-purchase view for the Dutch team
